A U.S. government official says evidence regarding the 2020 election will be released soon, though no details or timeline have been provided.
Ambassador Monica Crowley, the U.S. government’s chief of protocol, made the announcement Wednesday at an event hosted by Breitbart News. “He did win in a landslide, and we will soon be able to give evidence about that,” Crowley said without elaborating further.
Crowley’s statement aligns with previous comments from other high-ranking officials who have discussed potential evidence related to the 2020 election. Courts and Congress both rejected claims of widespread fraud and affirmed President Joe Biden’s victory.
Trump’s Recent Comments
Former President Donald Trump signaled in February that significant information may emerge regarding the 2020 election following an FBI search warrant executed in Fulton County, Georgia. The search resulted in the seizure of ballots and related election materials from the 2020 general election.
During an appearance on The Dan Bongino Show, Trump reiterated longstanding claims about election irregularities. “You’re going to see some interesting things come out,” Trump said, though he provided no new specifics about what evidence might surface or when.
Trump also encouraged Republicans to consider changes to election administration processes, suggesting states implement what he called “nationalizing the voting.” He repeated assertions about irregularities in vote counts in states where he did not prevail.

Federal Investigation Details
Federal authorities executed the Fulton County search on January 28 under a court-approved warrant at the Election Hub and Operations Center in Union City. Agents seized ballots, voting machine tapes, and voter rolls as part of an ongoing investigation.
Federal officials stated the search was part of standard investigative procedures under a criminal warrant. No charges or detailed findings related to the seizure have been publicly released.
Fulton County officials filed a lawsuit Monday claiming the search warrant execution was flawed and that FBI agents improperly seized voting data. The county materials remain at the center of scrutiny regarding election administration and record preservation.
Official Response
Republican allies of Trump have characterized the investigation as overdue scrutiny of the 2020 election. Democratic officials have dismissed broader claims of fraud accompanying the investigation.
A federal grand jury in Florida is now examining the matter, with the U.S. Department of Justice bringing in former U.S. attorney and Trump ally Joe diGenova to assist the U.S. attorney’s office in the Southern District of Florida.
